DRAMATIC numbers for DtC in 2018:  $3 Billion in revenue from 600 Million cases sold by 9970 U.S. wineries.  Growth was driven by the largest and the smallest wineries by category.  But as this channel matures it will face competition from grocery home delivery, D2C by wine retailers and increased scrutiny by state regulators.

I’m pleased to have facilitated an agreement between the Hollywood Schoolhouse in Woodinville and Maryhill Winery that will provide 9,780 sq ft for tasting rooms and wine club areas on two floors.  Transition will be completed in November, 2019.  This is the 13th tasting room in Woodinville that has been facilitated by CoEfficient Consulting.
